Wasn't "Sunny" originally going to be on the Friends Soundtrack?

When I read this, I immediately remembered the interview Morrissey did in Word (June 2003 issue) that stated the following:

"Friends was very enthusiastic about having Morrissey on as a guest star, in a similar capacity as his friend Chrissie Hynde...The producers were unsure if they wanted Morrissey to do a song, but they knew the punchline. Phoebe was to hug him and say 'Oh, Morrissey, you're just so miserable.' 'As you could imagine, I turned on my heels and ran,' he says."

Hee hee, I think he did so, and wisely. Hmm, I wonder, was it the hug?

This information is almost ten years old now isn't it?

That HBO show is terrible and I am glad that no one is watching it. She certainly can stretch herselft as an actress. She played the idiot on Friends, the bimbo on the John Travolta movie Lucky Numbers, the moron on Clockwatchers, the fool on Analyze This, and the dummy in The Comeback.
