Morrissey at the Trail of Dead show at the Wiltern

I was at the Trail of Dead show last night at the Wiltern and spotted Morrissey! He was sitting in a closed off section right behind the floor. They weren't allowing anyone to take photos or go up to him so I admired him from afar and waved. He waved back and smiled. He stayed for almost half the show then left.

...man i'm jealous! moz is on the town and seeing some great bands this past week. now if he could just escape the creepy stalkers, he'd be set.

    ...if he is out scouting bands for the record label, or possibly scouting performers for his band.
    If he was going strictly to see the show in and of itself, he wouldn't be leaving halfway through as has been reported of him doing at a lot of these spottings.

      May 27, 2005 Morrissey will regrettably not be appearing at the Isle Of Wight Festival on the 11th of June as scheduled. The pressure of preparing the new album and losing his drummer earlier this month has made it impossible to do the gig without massively compromising both the gig and the album. Apologies to all the fans, the organisers and the people of the Isle Of Wight.

        The man finds the time to make appearances at the gigs of others and to be entertained by them...but sod his fans and their right to be entertained by him when they've shelled out hard-earned money for his IOW gig?!?! Fans, unlike him, who aren't on a guest list, etc...*Strange* ways, here we come...
