Boz has donated a song to Jake Shillingford who was in My Life Story (MLS), a rather wonderful orchestral indie type band from the 1990's. MLS provided the string section on Interlude back in 1994. There is a rumour that this song was written for the Vauxhall sessions but didn't really fit in with the other songs.

This is from the Exile Inside (Jake's current band) website:

'Came back from Totnes via London yesterday and used the day to stop by and see a couple of old friends, went over to Boz Boorer's studio in North London and he showed me around. Boz has written a track which reminded me of a cross between Under the Ice the old MLS song and something that Barry Ryan would have come up with in the 60's. I'm going to add a vocal melody line and some lyrics to the tune, much in the same way as he works with Morrissey.

I've never composed and collaborated on a song in this way before so I'm really interested in where it takes us.'
