Morrissey at the Ivy show in Hollywood (May 11, 2005)

Morrissey was at the Ivy show in Hollywood at the Troubadour last night!! I was outside waiting in line to get tickets when I saw him in front of the box office. He was with 3 other people and as he was walking in my friend and I stopped and asked for a hug. To which he replied "Do you really want one?" We each got a hug and he thanked us and went inside. He looked great and stayed for only half the show, but I was so suprised he was actually there!

I was planing to go to the Malfunkshun screening (Score:1)
Malfunkshun a bio for Andrew Wood. But I just couldnt. I thought to myself maybe I'll run into Moz there, but I'm really doubtful he'd be in to that. Next time I'll think about going to the troubador Instead.

      Ivy are a wonderful band, and have one of the nicest sounding female vocalists ever! It's so good to see that Morrissey went along. I hope he gives them a support slot on a tour or something like that.

        Pulling along side Morrissey (Score:2, Interesting)
        I was driving home last night when I pulled up to a Jeep Cherokee on Highland. I noticed a familiar profile and pulled the car forward. There was Morrissey sitting in the passenger seat just two feet away! I yelled out "I love you Morrissey". I think he thought I was mad! He was gracious and bowed his head in what I hope was appreciation.

              I was at that show as well. He left during the second song on Ivy's set. So I wonder if he not into the set, or if he was getting bothered by all the peeping fans, or if he just wanted to leave early because it's a Morrissey thing to do.

              I mean, it's not like he has to get up early the next day. What for? He's Morrissey!
