      I am really, extremely pleased that 'Redondo Beach' is on there. I only heard it the once, when I was there, but I really liked it. It sounded oddly like reggae - but not too much so.

                This appears to be all from Earls Court then.
                That was the exact setlist. Although I know he used the same format on many occasions. It would make more sense just recording one concert though, it would make the cd more cohesive, don't you think? As long as all the banter is included of course. There are few artists who record a "live" album from more than one gig. That defeats the object surely?

                      I was of the understanding that Live at Earls Court was going to be a collection of live songs from the last 5 gigs of 2004. Some people say it is a rumour, some say it is fact.

                      What is the truth?

                          From the e-mail I just got offering a presale of the CD:

                          "As Morrissey's critically acclaimed world tour ended during the holiday season 2004 in the UK, the audio trucks were there to capture the five sold out dates: London, Glasgow, Birmingham, Brighton and Dublin.                             I don't think the track list mentioned on play.com is the right one.

                            It's nothing more than the set list from Earl's Court. The CD will be a mix of songs from other gigs.

                            The real track list will be better!

                        have you thought of releasing a remix album yet?

                        how about another release of "quarry". i am sure you can find an alternate take of 'america is not the world' that includes an extra or deleted verse or something along those lines to market as a 'collectors edition'.

                        No real complaints about that tracklist, even a couple of welcome surprises, but if there's one negative it's got to be the lack of Everyday Is Like Sunday.

                        Such an all-time favourite, with Moz and us lot, it's a shame there's not an official live version of this old beauty. Extra odd seeing that is was (something like) the third most played song on the tour.

                        Anyway, that aside, outstanding stuff.
