Mike Joyce in compromising position

Okay, this is a strange one.

On the site for the indie pop band Language of Flowers, they say that drummer Ben Cooke "will be returning as the full time drummer, after he's been given lessons from Mike Joyce of The Smiths of all people."

Recently, the band's main page (here) added the photo of Ben Cooke, which had not been on the page previously. Clicking on the photo brings you a page (here) with a picture of Ben Cooke being "serviced" by someone who looks a lot like Mike Joyce.

Unconvinced? Check the name of the photo file itself: cookejoyce.jpg.

I don't know what's stranger: Joyce posing for this photo, or Cooke wearing clothespins on his face.

By the way, Language of Flowers is a great, Sundays-type band. Not sure what this bit of press will do for them, though.

        Probably what's really strange is guys somehow finding this completely acceptable behaviour, yet, if they knew a friend of theirs was actually gay, they'd be so taken aback! Strange!
