putting my reputation on the line

My credibility is about to be shot.

Last year, I was passed information about The Pixies, The Cure, Radiohead, and various other act playing at Coachella 2004 before the line-up had been announced. This morning, the very same contact sent me information saying that Jay-Z/Lincoln Park, Garbage, Bjork, Prince, and The Smiths have been confirmed for Coachella 2005. I was skeptical of this information, but decided to post the information becuase he would know better than anyone else.

It seems that this year he decided to completely fuck with me. It seemed to be good to be true and well, it was. I got played. I got scammed. To put it simply, I got completely fucked with. Interestingly, it was on same day they redid their website, announced when the line-up would be announced, and gave information about when tickets would go onsale (presale password is Gobi).

As I had said, this same contact, who I have always trusted and has never lied to me before, decided to fuck with me and my readers. This is someone who would definitely know the line-up. This is someone who hasn't ever passed on any information that was false before.

So please excuse my prior post (I especially apologize to Ambitious-Outsider whose heart I know I just broke). It was all a cruel joke. An outragous fabrication. A mean and nasty trick. None of those acts are scheduled to play the festival. I was told Coldplay was booked but I ain't trusting that fool anymore.

Anyway, sorry.............

Bolton and Moz have such different styles, but are each amazing in their own right. This could be even better than Tim McGraw's collaberation with Nelly! Which was the coolest country/hip hop fusion TO DATE. OK, so Moz and Bolton would be totally different, but you get my point.

Since the court case it's clear they no longer have any relationship at all. Morrissey blaming Marr for not standing shoulder to shoulder with him and for not defending him from the subsequent personal attacks. Basically, he thinks Marr deliberately let him take the flack to save his own skin.

Morrissey has no time for Marr anymore. He's made that clear in every recent interview I've read. He's also got friends in his current band who have been loyal over many more years than the time he knew Marr for. He's hardly likely to dump them for someone who he thinks betrayed him.
