It does not look like that many people bothered to vote in this one :) Look at how the other places on the list are shared among many different bands with an equal number of votes...

And how Morrissey wasn't even among the frontrunners when they first checked the standings.

Still great to see him recognized once more, of course. And yes, their original review is a disgrace - it only goes to show how random the reviews are - depending mainly on the tastes of the individual reviewer rather than any objective qualities.
