BBC Ceefax is reporting that Julien Temple, the director of a new film about the Glastonbury festival, is appealing for fans to get in touch if they have any footage of The Smiths' legendary Glastonbury performance from 1984.

On a different note: they are asking for footage by the audience? This was 1984. Have they forgotten the size of a VHS camera in those days. Not exactly something you'd hide in your pants......
