Fort Worth meet and greet ... He seemed in good spirits for the entire 2 minutes it took :) When I shook his hand he mumbled "firm grip". Next to me someone said "It's very nice to meet you" to which Morrissey replied "No it isn't."

It was some of the tightest security I've ever seen backstage As we filed out we passed the band's dressing room which bore the sign Mozzer's Men and saw all their matching outfits laid out for them Here are some pictures: pic1, pic2.

But I wish, for once, Morrissey looked HAPPY at meeting his fans, and say something positive to them. (thinking about that poor girl in Australia).

He looks tense, awkward and like he doesn't want to be there.

And, my, it must be easy for him to walk tall?

Or are the others just short-arses?

LOL typical Mozzer comment :) I don't blame him for having tight security- hell, this is TEXAS we're talking about here! I don't know why someone didn't tell him about Texans and their somewhat trigger happy tendencies (sorry L.) There are things you just DON'T say in a state like Texas, he should have been warned. But, on the other side, it IS the First Amendment- he SHOULD be able to say anything he wants regarding Bush. Viva Moz!!!!

I'm a Morrissey fan, hopefully like most people that log on to this site, and it's a shame that I it is very popular for the US to be bashed as much as it is. I know that not all British folk are as cocky when it comes to claiming Morrissey as their own through blood. So people like me sometimes turn into arrogant American and start talking out of my "arse" to throw fuel on the fire, because I realise that for some it doesn't matter, the views of us Americans, justifiable or not, will always be in a bad light.

Would he think for a second that the reason that he's able to return so successfully is partially due to his ever-faithful fanbase?
