First of the Gang survives third week in UK top 20

FOTG slipped just 5 places this week to number 17 which, as anyone who's ever taken an interest in Moz's chart success will tell you, is quite phenomenal! With the exception of Alma Matters and Ignore Me, none of the Vauxhall, Southpaw, or Maladjusted singles even reached the top 20 let alone survived three weeks in it!

YATQ is at number 23 down a few places from last week. That platinum disc can't be far off now!

So can anyone remember the last time a Morrissey/Smiths single stayed in the top 20 for three weeks?

For the second single off an album this has to be a person best...
