Coronation Street features "How Can Anybody Possibly Know How I Feel?"

I can't believe it!... Dev Alahan has been up all night drinking, looking like shite following his bowel cancer scare and his girlfriend dumping him because he told an old flame about his problem before his wife-to-be... and guess what, crooning in the background, cheering up Dev is our good old mate MORRISSEY!.

"How Can Anybody Possibly Know How I Feel?" sings Morrissey, before it is rudely turned off by his old flame.

Now the big question: Does the You Are The Quarry CD belong to Dev or Maiya ??????

Now the 2nd big question: Is this the first appearance of Morrissey on Corrie ???

I was watching Corrie tonight and as Corrie fans may know, Dev is currently suffering from bowel cancer and his girlfriend left him. So who should he turn to in his hour of need? Our Moz! He was listening to it very loud until Sunita came round and turned it off. Dev normally listens to Dido, so I was very impressed. The song was clearly picked with Dev's predicament in mind. Yes, I am sad!

But Morrissey loves Corrie so I'm sure he'd be pleased.

What could the producers do to convey his misery and hopelessness? bang some morrissey on the stereo! It wasnt on the radio - hes not played on the radio in this country. So Dev made decision to go out and purchase the CD......poor sod!
Morrissey was about to sing "even i as sick as i am..." when it was abruptly stopped. Next week his cancer scare will be over, Maya will be out of his life and Sunita will have him in his arms...What will the producers choose to play then "let me kiss you"?? - No, no too subtle.... got it !!! The Sugarbabes "too lost in you"!!!
Think Granada will give me a job??
