This from Chris Woodstra, editor in chief of Allmusic.com

That was actually a mistake. We implemented a small change in our translation table and all of our 4 stars mistakenly became 3-1/2 stars. We caught it this morning and corrected it, but they'll need to refresh their browsers to see the change. Feel free to let them know.

You know that, in my opinion, every Morrissey/Smiths record is 5 stars.
