YATQ demoted to 3 1/2 Stars in All Music Guide

It seems like the folks at the All Music Guide changed their minds about YATQ after having it for a bit longer. It was previously given 4 stars, now it's at 3 1/2. I had suspected that AMG had been changing ratings, but I'm sure of it now.

    Back to 4 stars again ? (Score:1)
YATQ appears to have been upgraded [allmusic.com] back to four stars again. ILM had a thread [wh3rd.net] on these recently re-graded 3.5 star reviews, apparently all the albums that were down-graded are back to 4 stars again.

Some of the downgraded albums (Meat is Murder) are still at 3 1/2 stars. This is because Allmusic have changed their system. They never used the 3 1/2 rating before, but they've started now. So some of the 4 star albums are now 3 1/2.

Up until recently, AllMusic and AllMovie dot com, didn't even have a 3 and a half star rating. They went from 3 right to 4. I looked all over for CD's with this rating but found none. Then, I confirmed this by looking at the file names for the star GIF files they used. Now, they've added (back?) that grade. ;)

I've even seen reviews of albums there taken down or edited shorter. I remember somebody totally trashed Coldplay's first album, before US release I think, then a couple of weeks later it was deleted and a much more positive review was put up. The downside of that site is that the reviews can be too fair and balanced, nothing really opinionated there.
