Just thought you might find this interesting.

I was very pleased to see last night that UK Sky digital channel VH2 (of the VH1 family) were welcoming Morrissey back with an hour of his music. Entitled 'Morrissey Vs The Smiths' they played a great set of back to back Morrissey and Smiths songs. Considering the lack of presence Morrissey solo videos have on TV playlists, I was very proud of them....but then, a couple of adverts after the last smiths song they do the unthinkable. No not play a Cure video, they put on a wonderful advert for Iams food. Mmm nice one VH2! I'm sure Moz will be jumping at the chance for you to use his vids again!

Reminds me of going to Kentucky Fried Chicken in Leicester Square and them playing This Charming Man! I'm sure Moz would heartily approve!

Im just curious here...Morrissey likes cats and cats can't be vegetarians so what is the problem with playing a cat food commercial? I gather they did some animal testing but what advert hasn't? As I understand it, Iams is one of the top brands as far as what is best to give your cat for a healthy diet. Just curious what the crime is. I don't think any of us can claim absolute innocence in what products we use or promote.
