Information about the venue ? (Score:0)
Does anyone have any more information about the venue ? Only Blocks D and G seem to be available through TicketLine, which from the seating plan seem to be right at the back ? Is it really all-seated like it says on the Ticketline web site ("Large but very cosy marquee erected for the Summer. The venue is all seated. Seats around 4,500 people" ) The Morrissey concert isn't listed at all on the Summer Pops website [summerpops.com] Is anyone else selling tickets for the rest of the arena ?

Seating plan is for MEN Arena, you can only buy 1 or 3 tickets in the first block, and only 1,2,4 or 6 in the second?
Also, the summer pops is usefully full of doggerel and terrible old has beens (no jokes, please). I would hope Morrissey would steer well clear.

I can't find anything about this online or otherwise - and as I live about half a mile away I'm uncomfortable - but I have a box office number which I will try in the morning and I'll post whatever results I get. It might be just because its the weekend - but no ticket agencies or The Summer Pops website have any reference to Morrisey anywhere - of course - if irs true, nobody will be happier than me!

          It must be a prank.

It was a derogatory reference too, about idiot fans who know nothing. There's enough tribal rivalry between Liverpool and Manchester anyway (40 miles apart) and "prawn sandwiches" is probably a Mancunian trying to be funny with this phoney gig. Trying.
