"The only choice we have to make about how many Celine Dion records to stock is between none and sod all," says Tully. "However, I will be turning the shop into a Morrissey shrine for the release of his new album, and I will be personally insulted if every Morrissey fan in Edinburgh doesn’t come here to get it."

If more record shops did this, not only would it pay homage to the great singer from The North, but so many more people would be curious enough to buy the album, because of all the fuss.

And if someone professionally films it, it will look a bit like the opening scenes to the "Everyday is Like Sunday" video, where everyone had a copy of the single in their hands at the record shop. Except now some of us have some gray hair. LOL.

    Brilliant!

How dare you say something negative about the great Celine Dion. She is a true artist who suffered endlessly for her art before breaking through. She also has sung some of the greatest songs ever to be recorded and we should all be greatful.

But my home town record store who has done this
has earned my beckoning when purchasing any cd, (or vinyl as I am fortunate to have those shops lurking here) And that's enough for my dedication to them, unfortunatly it won't keep them in business probably, and certainly do little good for Morrissey. It is romantically nice and enduring in world where that is a harder and harder quality to find.
