We're doing the release party for Rarities Vol. 2 which was to feature an unreleased live recording of Shakespeare's Sister.

We received our advanced copies this weekend and the track is not on there. It looks like it was pulled at the last minute. All of the other tracks originally listed are on there. The track listing has been revised on the Rarities website.

  • I assume the lack of comments here are the result of shock. I read this yesterday and can only type now. I am so sad. Only the thought of death evokes a smile.

i just received a copy i won on ebay and the smiths track is included in all its 2:16 glory. it states its a "promotional use only" limited to 10,000 copies. the liner notes for the smiths track state "unreleased. promotional radio show #85-21. recorded 06.27.85. hollywood palladium, los angeles usa. courtesy westwood one." looks like it was taken from one of those westwood one transciption discs. can anyone that goes to club bang this saturday confirm if its on the give-away version?
