Finnish rockabilly band called Moonshiner has made their version of Morrissey's King Leer. And it seems that they are influenced by Moz quite a lot all together. It's not "The Greatest Record In The World" but very interesting...CD is called The Brooklyn Connection.

This album is old. They were on the same label as a band I'm in (Steubenville Knights). Jungle Records. Their version is a little dancey and latinish. We've actually covered that song as well as Vicar in a Tutu. This with a three piece rockabilly trio-upright bass and two guitars, no drums. People dug it. We played King Leer but I think people were really wondering about the "only got one knee" part.
