The best thing in the history of the world would be if this stopgap album outsold that awful new radiohead one

i agree, buy maybe in the next world....least Radiohead are far better than Coldplay (dullards) who're taking the storm by states...lol!
Anyhow I'll be interested to see how a new Morrissey album sells generally, see if the new found interest helps at all...
    take care!

I found it at Newbury Comics in Amherst, MA. I also bought the White Stripes "Elephant" on double vinyl. Sorry, but Elephant is the best record ever made by anyone ever. Jack White should produce the new Morrissey record.

Under the Influence was not bad. I already know the best songs. If you don't already own a Ramones record, just stop pretending you like rock'n'roll right now. The Patty Smith song was great, Sundown Playboys, Forgotten Man was good, the Sparks, I even liked Klaus Nomi, but sorry Moz, Ludus were droll and obvious. She's not a bad singer, but enough with being cheeky for cheeky's sake. Charles

Other highlights are Ludus, Charlie Feathers and Nico.
That Sparks track was really shit though. No wonder they never released it.
Did anyone else fall asleep during that swan lake track too?
