The Libertines to cover "Jeane"

After touring America The Libertines are back in London. Next week they are going to record new song 'Don't look back into the sun', and also 'Death on the stairs' and a cover version of 'Jeane' by THE SMITHS @ RAK with Bernard Butler.

            I don't really like the Libertines, but it's heartening that many of these 'new rock' bands are referencing Moz and the Smiths; it's helping to keep Moz in the public's mind.
