Morrissey's return to the UK - ManchesterOnline, Nov. 6, 2002

Excerpt:

For anyone with an interest in the 2002 Morrissey tour, the only benefits appear to be nostalgic. The fact he arrived back in his homeland last week for a sold-out five-dates - omitting Manchester - minus a record deal, press, management and most crucially, 'a product', amplifies the point. And for all the news of a recently finished new album with a 'Mexican feel' it's hard to keep looking forward when so many are clinging to glories past.

I think the Manchester Evening News is a bit bitter about Moz - they didn't seem very happy about him winning the greatest manc. poll either...
