With a multi million pound settlement at stake Mike Joyce's lawyers must be whooping with joy everytime they gather more evidence of Morrissey's "untruths". Don't get me wrong - Joyce was "just a drummer" and didn't/doesn't deserve 25% royalties or whatever he is claiming. But Morrissey must realise that the reason the appeal judges won't budge (and why it's going to the European court) is that Morrissey doesn't come over as a "dependable" witness as it were. When it comes down to your word against his, Morrissey has a history of contradictions and sadly that will work against him whatever the individual merits of the Royalties case.

I think that Marr has called it a day and settled with Joyce and Rourke settled out of court. But Morrissey is insisting on taking it to Europe. Always strikes me that there is a bit of a Jeffrey Archer about this.

But seriously, he's said in the past that he prints out letters. And I read somewhere that he has a digital camera so maybe he prints his pictures, you know, the dirty ones that he would be embarrassed to pick up from Super Snaps or wherever.

Can you do digital coasters? as I'm not paying £60 for an analog one.
