I was at the 2 RAH shows...

I asked one of the several camera-men at the 2nd RAH show what they were filming for, and was told that the Paris show is to be filmed for a DVD release, and the RAH stuff will be used to fill it up.

According to Morrisseytour.com, the DVD is being put out by Sanctuary.

I've always thought that Paris is a place that a lot of artists like for releasing dvd's videos. live albums etec..
and I was wondering if they would be filming something overthere ..
        It sounds good.

I cant see them releasing the paris show on dvd. Paris is one night only compared to the two nights they were filming at the royal albert hall. There was about 5 different cameras all filming from different angles, theres no way this would be used to fill up a paris dvd, what would be the point. the backdrop of the albert hall will be nothing like the venue in paris.
Security was very tight during the albert hall shows to allow morrissey to concentrate on the his singing and to stop stage invaders stopping him mid flow.
i bet my money that it will be a rah dvd available for christmas and not a paris one.

The first night was a good concert, but I canīt express how much that second gig hit me. It was almost like an emotional overkill. The sold-out RAH was a fantastic venue, the crowd were singing along the whole time, and good old Moz was in overwhelming shape and mood. HOW can they think about NOT releasing this as a complete DVD?
