While the Livid dates are old news, it's worth noting that Michael Coppel Entertainment has announced that Morrissey will play external shows on the following 2002 dates:

Thursday October 10: Metro City, Perth (selling now)
Sunday October 13: Enmore Theatre, Sydney (on-sale 23/9)
Tuesday October 15: The Forum, Melbourne (on-sale 20/9)
Thursday, October 17: Thebarton Theatre, Adelaide (on-sale now)

More information (phone numbers for ticket sales, etc) can be found on the Coppel website.

See you at the Sydney show, at least!

Thank you for passing the information along. I suspect, that Sydney will not be sand blasted with advertising of the show.

At least we know he's got two going to the Sydney show....

Morrissey not playing separate Brisbane show!!! (Score:0)
I totally agree on the woe is me angle for no separate Brisbane show. I am going to Livid but would love to see him at his own show as well. No fair!!! He's playing Perth & Adelaide, why not his own show in Brisbane???

I guess I'll have to see if I can afford airfares to Sydney to see him down there....

Ok, so I've been hanging out for Morrissey coming to Melbourne for ages. Now, I find -yet again- the gig at the Forum is over 18's only! Unfortunately, yours truly is only 17. Honestly, I'm getting so sick of this, first I couldn't see New Order at the Metro in January, now this.. I don't know what to do? Do you think I should invest in a fake ID to see my hero? Or waste $90 very near my final year 12 exams to see a bunch of acts I don't really like at LIVID? Has anyone been caught out -in a concert situation-? I'd appreciate a response / advice. Thanks :)) elle.gray@lycos.com
