Some of us were there when it was REAL!!!! Sad old Yanks & Mexicans only get the dregs of the failing career, yet they still LOVE it! Ever wondered why Moz moved over there? Hmmmmmm Figure it out.

What next? Will his target audience be homeless Eskimos?? We can send 'em a few ice cubes, right??

FANTASTIC pictures of cactus though! Just what we need on a Morrissey site!!

Ironically, my tv is currently showing an Elvis concert. Kinda makes me laugh as Elvis doing a gig consisting of back catalogue stuff. Maybe Moz should be wearing a jumpsuit?? 3 new songs? WOW!!

Still, if the sheep will follow, and pay handsomely to do so, who is the idiot?

You could never have found a bigger Morrissey fan than myself, but with the current state of affairs, I just feel like puking.

                  Did that sound bitter?

                            1. Nothing beats a website filled with faux-British vitriol (or is it faux vitriol?).
                            2. I believe (Dare I say, "I decree today...") that everyone should now follow Anonymous' 5 point comment style in their postings. I know I am better off by having one's thoughts bullet-pointed for me. It keeps things clear, more real.
                            3. The, "this is just my opinion and you can't take that away from me" line is a bit stale. Unless there IS a Morrissey Mafia that scurries around with eyepatches and gladioli de-nippling the unconfirmed, then it's safe to say that freedom of idiocy is okay on webposts. So can the IMHO crap. Please.
                            4. A good poll might be: "Do you love Morrissey enough to kill him?" Granted you'd have the heffalump population, clowning around, in their grease-paint clicking, "Yes, please." So maybe that wouldn't be a good poll.... Although I think at least 6 people really would think, "Hmm..."
                            5. I do believe that quoting is what sets us apart from our simian bretheren and the "anonymous trollers" was a bit witty. I may have preferred "wittless trollers." Doesn't "Good Christians" have 14 syllables? Maybe I'm mis-counting.

Please get me some sense. It might make me more popular.

Seriously, it looks like everyone was having a great time - come on, lets make the Albert Hall gigs this way and get some camaraderie going.....if we're honest there's fewer and fewer Moz fans left.....let's get together and give the man a massive welcome back to the UK. This is a time for celebration! A new tour with new songs...I was beginning to think I'd never see it.

A bit off topic now, but the NME ad almost made me cry the day I saw it. I had my tickets already, but just to see a half-page ad with 'Morrissey' scrawled across it. OK, the photo is the same crap one used on the 'Best of' but there's no other single band in there with a half page of their own. It just says 'Fuck you, I'm still here, I can still put an ad this size in your (shit) paper'. And let's face it, the tickets were almost all gone by the time the ad came out, so it wasn't even neccessary.

TAKE A HINT, SOMEONE SIGN THE MAN UP!!!

I'm beginning to think thay even an NME interview may not be out of the question. Imagine, a Mozza NME cover after all this time......out in London the evening of the first Albert Hall show.
