Tickets for the Rainbow Ballroom in Fresno go on sale through Ticketmaster, this Sat. at 10:00 am. Tickets for the Berkeley show go on sale this Sun at 10:00 am.

I just got a call from a friend working the ticket sales for FASTIXX in Seattle. Her machine just informed that Morrissey has cancelled Seattle. What gives? I sure as hell hope not...I was one of the many that travelled to the ill-fated Las Vegas Show last go around.

Can someone confirm or refute this? The Seattle date still shows on Ticketmaster.

Update: 08/03 15:53 GMT: Seattle is not cancelled, according to Paul as posted in the comments section:

my friend at fasttix called back to day she was mistaken and that a show at "the met" was cancelled. NOT the Paramount. Sorry for the alarm...Paul Eliot

This had better not be true! That is so whack! I never knew that there were tickets on sale for the Paramount through FASTIXX anyway. I thought the Paramount only sold through Ticketmaster.

Bah. I love you so much Moz, don't dissappoint me again this tour. PLEASE!!!!!

Why would Fastixx receive this info if Ticketmaster is ticketing the event?

I called the venue. They don't know anything about a cancellation. 206-467-5510 Go figure.

I checked www.hob.com, since the House Of Blues is the promoter of this event. According to their web page, the show is not cancelled. All other information on that page seems correct (Canadian and Spokane show are listed as cancelled.)

Also, I checked Boz's tour diary. He has posted every day for the last three days, and no mention of cancellations. We'll have to wait and see.

I hope somebody was just off their rocker with that Fastixx business.
