It looks like someone's given an explanation for the Morrissey postponement v cancellation, it appears that Vancouver, Calgary is going to be rescheduled into the second leg...and possibly a second show for Vancouver?!? Check out the link from the Georgia Strait newspaper here in Vancouver. A second show would make up for the wait...

Intro:HOB SINGS THE BLUES Last week was a rough one for the folks at the local office of House of Blues Concerts. On Friday (July 26), HOB announced the postponement of the Morrissey concert scheduled for August 29, due to "unforeseen circumstances". It seems that some members of Morrissey's band found themselves without the necessary visas to enter the U.S., where the tour was to have begun. This situation forced the postponement or cancellation of many shows, including all Canadian dates. House of Blues Concerts Canada's Jason Grant told the Straight, "We had a sold-out show at the Commodore and we were hoping to add a second, but now we'll have to schedule something for the next leg of the tour." Tickets for the August 29 concert will be honoured at the rescheduled show, or can be returned for refund at point of purchase.

    In Van City... (Score:0)
Vancouver has a huge Morrissey following, and it makes sense to re-schedule Van City, complete with a second date! Moz could get a sell-out in B.C for AT LEAST two dates!~!!
But still, where are the Toronto and Montreal appearances?????
