Seattle (Aug. 22), Las Vegas (Sept. 6, 7) tour dates; Portland venue change

A trustworthy source very close to Morrissey has revealed the following to Morrissey-solo:

Seattle "Paramount" has been added Thurs 22 Aug. Paramount have agreed to remove seating and make the night General Admission.

Portland venue for 23 Aug has been switched from "Crystal Ballroom" to "Roseland"

Also added are Las Vegas "House of Blues" on Fri 6 Sept and Sat 7 Sept.

it's 10:19 a.m. and i haven't been able to order tickets for the san diego show on their site yet. the option to order them came up for a brief second then disappeared. anyone been able to get through?

Portland venue, Roseland, will be great..sound quality leaves something to be desired...but very intimate

H.O.B. shows in 2000 (Score:2, Informative)

I was at both shows in Las Vegas...House of Blues is nice, but if you get on stage then you're kicked out, right onto the sidewalk. Morrissey himself pulled me on stage, and after a few moments my kissing him, a bald guard took me away. Someone from Morrissey's tour told him not to kick me out...but I was soon drinking free Heikekins and playing nickle slot machines while the show continued.

I hate the Vegas crowd! (Score:0)

I've seen Moz, The Cure, Oasis, Oakenfold, etc... in Vegas and it's always the same. Unless you drop $$$ in that particular casino, you're treated like sh*t. And then there's that guy trying to impress his "significant other" by throwing up his hands and shouting YOU ROCK through out the show and then proceeds to tell the Ho' how he'll take her to Cabo for the weekend all expenses paid. Then the Ho' complains through out the show that it's too hot and people are too close and then the dude has to push people away to give the Ho' some room. I hate it, but I'll be there anyway!
