This comic strip was in the Sunday edition of the Chicago Sun Times. I thought everyone would get a kick out of it. I never thought I'd see The Smiths or even Bad Brains mentioned in a comic strip! Kinda cool. And pretty funny.

That's cool. I've liked LaBan ever since I read his comic 'Cud'- great stuff-not for the easily offended. If yr into R. Crumb or Pete Bagge "Hate" type stuff- you got to check it out. Will the stereotypical Gladioli-carrying Belle-and sebastian listening Moz fans like it, I don't know.
For that crowd (don't flame me, I like B&S, too), I heartily recommend 'Blue Monday'- which I think has been mentioned already. last issue featured one character wearing a 'Moz' t-shirt, and there's plenty of Angophile references- Smiths, Furs, Cure, New order (Hell, it's called 'Blue monday'- what you expect?)
