I saw this in the "breakdowns" today for a part in "That 80's Show" - what a dream part for a Smiths fan!!

That 80's Show - "Spring Break" ep. 106 (scan). Excerpt:
[WRAY THORN] - 22 - 23 male. Sexy, up-and-coming 80s alternative rocker (think Depeche Mode, The Smiths). Wray went to high school with Corey (series regular Glenn Howerton) and now he is a musician, who is opening for The Smiths on tour...

    O, No!! (Score:1)
I was a hardcore punk in the '80s, and quite frankly the punk chick in "That 80s Show" insults me. I'm scared that "The Smiths" character is gonna be treated with equal characture stupidity that is totally off-base. What Chevy-Suburban-driving-Starbucks-customer soccer moms think they remember what a SMITHS fan was.

She looks likes a boy and she opened for the Smiths and then later of course, Morrissey. I think she'd be perfect and i am sure she is not too busy these days.
