Found this through Apple's QuickTime page. Go there to get the nifty little 170x50 button that links to the thing.

Come December 7th @ Rhino.com, 'tis the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to LISTEN TO ALL THE TRACKS YOU probably already own.

Wowowowow.

I haven't put on my Morrissey records, it seems, for years, and I'm listening to the webcast now. And I can understand why I haven't been putting the records on as Morrissey's singing is just atrocious. I can't believe I used to like this stuff. His music post-Your Arsenal has been the most basic and unimaginative pop, even surpassed in innovation by Britney Spears' I'm a Slave 4 U. Surely, Morrissey should have died tragically after the Smiths, preserving him as a young, legendary artist. Now he's worse than Michael Jordan coming back at 50. His voice is bad, his lyrics are crap now, and his musical taste is just plain bad. What has happened? It's truly no wonder why he's detested in the British press, and why cool, popular people think his fans are idiots. I'm embarrassed to even have these discs in my collection. He's bad for the world, for all the lonely, sad kids because he tells them that it's okay to be lonely, sad, detested loners in school and that suicide is good. He's probably been the biggest enabler of teenage suicide in history. What a jerk. While he lies about his sexuality, he's having sex with Hollywood rentboys and spending all his fans money, a complete fake. Robert Smith was right, Morrissey is a fraud.

eh, something like this really ain't my thing, but at least the company is trying to push the "best of" a bit....honestly I'd rather just put the disk on than listen to the "low-fi" version......but keep in mind this was probably set up for folks who don't really know his stuff....so kudos. *_*

Yeah great another Morrissey hits album. Just what everyone needed. This web site has turned from a source of new Morrissey information, to a joke. Who cares if you can hear Heaven knows I'm Miserable Now in the background of a soap. If you have nothing new to report on Moz, then by all means shut down. I don't think many will be dissapointed. Sure the kids who weren't even born when the Smiths were around will cry and continue wearing black, but those of us who have been long time fans will acknowledge and move on.
