                This has to be my favorite item ever posted-truly a gem of an item only to be found through this relatively new medium called the "internet"..How else could I ever discover Morrissey reciting Proust? While reading this fantastic, olympian novel I used to wonder if Morrissey had also undertaken the herculian task of devouring the whole book(6 volumes) and if so, was he as impressed with Marcel's insight as I was?-It appears so, and what a forceful reading he gives!

                    Just wondering what shows Morrissey did in 1988? It certainly wasn't a Smiths concert and other than the farewell Dec. 1988 Wolverhampton show (partially shown in the Hulmerist video) - I am aware of no other live shows during that year. Does anyone have any further information on this?

                    PS - I tried to find the piece written in the internet, but could just find parts of the Recherche in the orginal Fench.
