Today i received the cable magazine TV7 (previously ON7), on page 7 it has an article dedicated to UK Horizons week long hommage to pop music for the last century. What caught my eye was the mention of "Young guns- go for it!" The article, which I later found to be inaccurate mentions a 2 day salute to the 80's during which Young Guns would feature Culture Club and the Human league. I delved into this further by calling the station and found that five episodes would be shown over the two days.
Monday 6th August
9pm-10pm: Boy George & Culture Club
Tuesday 7th August
9-9.30pm: Human League
9.30-10pm: THE SMITHS
10.30: Bananarama
UK Horizons is available on Sky, ITV digital and cable.
