Low cover 'Last Night I Dreamt...' in Manchester

I went to see Low at Manchester University and they covered 'Last Night I Dreamt That Somebody Loved Me'...well, they got half way through it before getting heckled, and abandoned it after 2 verses! Mancunians don't take very well to Americans covering our most sullen sons!

Low vocalist Alan commented "I knew we should never have invited Johnny Marr!"

Another poorly thought-out cover from Low? (Score:1)
I'm glad they got heckled. I like their records for the most part- The Curtain Hits The Cast is stunning- but they're pompous snots and their covers are horrendous. What they did to Joy Division's 'Transmission' should be illegal.

they're hardly pompous! I got to meet alan and he's a very very nice guy. we should be honored that such a lovely band would cover such a great song! hey, they're no SRC, but who is?hehe
