exactly why is it that "How Soon is Now" is being played in idiotic commercials and movies? I think it is a great song and is very moving, but I reall don't think that Morrissey would find it fitting that it's being used to sell cars and appear in movies like The Craft. What's next? Playing Hairdresser on Fire during a cereal commercial? It doesn't make sense. Oh, and if I'm bitter, its because the idiots who selected The Smiths to play in the nissan commercial also selected Creed to play in the next one. Could we get some consistancy, damn it?!

That SRC cover is very ugly, and that girl doesn't have an ounce of sincerity in her voice. In addition, is a declaration of vulgar shyness supposed to motivate people to buy a computer?

That is the most pathetic and horrid display that I have ever heard regarding a cover. Whoever said that imitation is the best form of flattery was obviously not talking about this attempt.

It's weird to have our beloved group's song on tv even if it's a cover, but if it can create interest in the original group, that would be great. If it interested idiots, that would be bad.
At least it's being used by the underdog Apple company. A company that makes great products and are innovative, just like the Smiths.
