Thanks to Beau for a scan of "The Bed Took Fire" acetate label. It's assumed the recently mentioned mp3 of the song was made from one of these extremely rare acetates.

I downloaded this song and listened to it. It sounds a lot choppier, and there are more sounds layered over it. Probably a drum machine. And it sounds like they used a "shredder" guitar. Like you would see some hair rocker, with cucumber-in-spandex playing the over dub. Check it out for a laugh...Its a shame it wasn't REALLY an unreleased song!! Petition for new album.....where is my pen!!!!

I have a copy (somewhere amongst my old tapes) of a Morrissey recording entitled 'Melanie' which was broadcast circa 4 years ago but as yet I have yet to see it mentioned ANYWHERE. Could it be that I imagined the event? Or was it a figmetation in my head that it was Morrissey? Or have I missed the boat, somewhat?
