87. Morrissey. He didn't put an album out, but he put on one heck of a show. Thanks to the Moz, I spent at least two hours of the new millennium behaving like a Backstreet fan. I want it that way, every day.

This is more strange than "Who Let the Dogs Out" and Builder Bob's success. Very pleasantly surprising. I don't know if I would put him in the top 100 of 2000. I hope his entry didn't interfere with Richard Hatch making the list.

      97. Ray. Possibly the sole inspiration for Dude, Where's My Car?, this gap-toothed winner of MTV's on-air personality contest had me chanting "Hang the VJ" for months.

Is it a good thing when Moz is mentioned in the same list as Maury Povich, Alan Thicke, David Hasselhoff and The Pets.com puppet?

        I wonder.
