KUDOS TO THOSE WHO LIT UP THE YEAR'S CONCERT SCENE
By Greg Kot, Tribune Rock Critic.

After stepping out to 200 shows last year and experiencing countless magical moments on the concert scene, it's time to hand out a few awards:

[snip]
Saddest spectacle: The once charismatic Morrissey, now without a record label and apparently feeling more unloved than ever, going through the motions at the Chicago Theatre.

Nice to see this critics review next to the one who called it the best show of the year. How ponigent is that?

This just goes to show how critics don't know everything. I doubt very seriously Moz is moping around...he's just as loved as ever. So where did that comment come from??

I flew to Chicago to see the show at the Chicago theater. Not only was it Morrissey at his best, but it was the best show I'd ever seen. Chicago is a very expensive city to visit, but Morrissey's show made the trip worth every dollar. Any person who claims that this concert wasn't fabulous cannot be a Moz fan whatsoever.---Hated for loving
