Cathy Sorbo reviews Morrissey in Seattle (Oct. 1997)

Morrissey.

I have a book of photographs.

I have a "Live in Houston" video.

I have 3 CD's and an almost complete collection of Smiths on vinyl, but never have I attended a live show. That was about to change...
Miss Dish
FrontDisco writes: Miss Dish is a prominant writer for the local free publication The Willamette Week in Portland, OR. Check this out. Thought it was obscure. Excerpt:

GENTLE READERS,

Miss Dish devotees know that Her Royal Chowness regularly eats animals. She deep-fries turkeys, downs burgers and enjoys a nice corned beef on rye. Miss Dish is not a member of the meat-is-murder brigade (although she is a Morrissey/Smiths fan, but that's an entirely different story)...

    Knocking off a hat?? (Score:1)
I must have been staring at Morrissey too closely because I never noticed him trying to knock someone's hat off with the mic cord! This is the one Morrissey show in the states I actually got to go to when I was there. Maybe I missed this since I was in the second balcony, peering down on the stage!

Why are writers always wrong? There is not a Live in Houston show anywhere. I have been living here all my life... And if it ever exsisted, my brother in law, or myself would already own it.
