I found a unique-looking magazine, "Propaganda," on the racks of my local Barnes and Noble (two girls on the front in chain-mail outfits) and noticed an article on Morrissey was included. It's a review of the Red Bank, NJ show [from Feb. 2000], and includes a beautiful full-page picture. The magazine is the Winter/Spring 2001 issue and it's labeled as a counter-culture magazine. Also included are interviews with Poppy Z. Brite and Siouxsie and Bungee.
