This is pretty ridiculous. VH1 just aired "Porn to Rock 2" which tells the story of some porn stars making the transtition to lame pop music. They played some Bon Jovi song and then Prince's "Kiss" while they showed the obligatory meaningless 1/2 second porn clips and then "How Soon is Now?" started playing and they actually show about 30 seconds of the video with Moz flailing about. Apparently porn star Raylene grew up listening to "the Cure and the Smiths and Depeche Mode" and now she wants to make hit records as a sideline. This made me chuckle, I recommend watching this show if only for the novelty of it.

While searching for something decent on t.v., I came across a show on VH1 called "Porn to Rock". While I do find porn quite amusing, something else caught my attention: a big-breasted woman rambling on, and a song playing in the background sounding oddly familiar. Before Boobs could say,"I wasn't understood in high school", a young, swooning, skinny image flashed on the screen. Could it be? Why yes! It was our hero! It was the "How Soon is Now?" video! Serious narration chimed in,"(porn girl's name)found herself listening to depressing music in high school" Apparently Morrissey represented a low point in Boob's life. Glad to hear she has pulled her life together!
