These are the pictures I took of Morrissey on May 30, 2000 Memorial Day.

It also has a little story of our (my wife and myself) conversation with a LEGEND.

That is so amazing. Thanks so much for sharing with us all both the story and the pictures. How many legends in the world of pop other than Morrissey would you get a chance to meet in those cicumstances, not many. And how many would actually genuinely appreciate in return the love his fans have for him in such a way as to take time to conversate with them, not many at all. The world would be such a nicer place to live in if there were more people like Morrissey in it.

I am glad that these really nice photos, taken by non-professionals outside of a studio, showed Morrissey in all his gorgeous splendor! Any shots I have seen of him in magazines this year make him look unhealthy or something-- obviously not his fault. Way to go for capturing him candidly and making him available for everyone. :-)
