100 Tracks of the Decade, #98 - Morrissey, "Irish Blood, English Heart" - NME.com
"Morrissey’s truly great ‘comeback’ song, a stirring little nationalistic drama which comes across as impassioned rather than bombastic." -The NME
Of course, Britney Spears, Beyonce and Dizzee Rascal, among others, are placed higher.

there are Comebacks and then there are COMEBACKS. In Morrissey's case, Morrissey had never, actually, gone anywhere. Not even to Mexico, which in this decade was also the subject of an amazing new song crafted by Boz. Yes, from the very band who have took more stick again this year but continue to rise from the ashes with a smile on there faces and a
sharpness, quality and style that would make Oasis blush. I can play guitar and I know
what I am talking about.
In this decade, Morrissey is the same as he always was but the music world was (and still is) also changing to a large degree. I am not sure that it will ever be the same again in 2010 and beyond.
'In my dreams' by the EELS was a good one too !
