Morrissey has extended his autumn UK tour with the addition of a new show in Liverpool.

            There is no announcement on the link to Seetickets either. There is no such event on Liverpool Echo Area website although 7/11/09 is free. There is no announcement on My (Waste of) Space! What is going on? Is someone giving duff info?

            I can confirm that WWE is on 8/11/09 if you smell el el el what the Rock is cooking! Sorry couldn't resist that!

              As much as I'm happy to camp in Liverpool, I'd much rather he did a concert in Manchester. Two just isn't enough! What a gig on Dec 24th, Morrissey? and then I can finally find a real reason to celebrate Christmas.

                  End of Tour Wing-Ding? (Score:2, Informative)
                  I live in Liverpool. The Arena is brand spanking new and not too shabby as arenas go, so that's all good. But the capacity is over 10,000. I think 11,000 is the max depending on configuration. It can be curtained off and the minimum is a 3,500 configuration, but do you think Moz can sell the whole thing out?

                  If it IS the last date of the tour I suppose many fans might see it as an excuse for a night out and make their way over... Manchester's only 30 miles away as well.

                  It wasn't that long ago he sold, what, 23,000-odd at Earls Court. But the tide was with him. Would be interesting to see if he can fill the Echo Arena.

                  (The local newspaper is called the Echo, by the way, and sponsor. The arena itself isn't very echoey)
