Martin writes:
Just got a press release from Sony Music Sweden. According to them, swedish singer Meja (mostly known here for being ”huge in Japan” and for having had a hit with a duet she did with Ricky Martin) is on her way with a comeback album. According to the press release, Meja has been writing songs with Billy Gibbons from ZZ Top and our very own Boz Boorer (!). The album ”Urban gypsy” is out on september 2nd.

Ricky Martin, ZZ Top and Boz Boorer? You couldn't make it up!

Let's hope Boz enjoys his stint as co-writer with this swedish piece of totty so much that he jumps off the Mozza gravy train. You never know, Morrissey may actually bring in someone who's capable of writing a good tune to replace him.

Dear old Boz (Score:0)
Musicians like Boz need to earn a few bob by taking whatever work is available these days. Although Boz is a great song writer & guitarist I don't think his royalty cheques are enough to live on for whatever he has written for Morrissey in the past? Didn't Boz also work with Adam Ant at some stage?

Too bad he didn't keep the music for "that's how people grow up" for this swedish meatball. LOL
