La Roliflex de un amante de la vida - El Pais
Pacheco, 58-year-old person from Madrid, is photographer, producer, sound engineer and the director of New Means, but surely this page of newspaper is not deserved. His(yours) should be a wide autobiography and in conditions, as that his() friend Joe Boyd (the discoverer of Pink Floyd, Nick Drake or Fairport Convention) was marked when it delivered to the press White bicycles.
In the eighties, at the time that he was establishing the props of the so called " new Fleming ", it he was taking charge promoting the only( unique) concerts of Smiths for Spain. The photos between Morrissey's flies in Camoens's walk, May 18, 1985, are, evidently, his. " He was calling him always by his first name, Steve, and I finished for taking the point ", he smiles. " He had a good conversation. On the other hand, the guitarist, Johnny Marr, was practising more of hooligan ". On the following morning, having breakfast in the hotel Ritz of Barcelona, Morrissey and Pacheco happened to sit down together with the writer James Baldwin. " He did not know the one who was, so I presented it. I said to him): ' Steven, since you go of way gay, you need to know the work of this man '. And yes, they became good friends ... ".

"I am writing this in the city of Barcelona where, many years ago, I discovered the American writer James Baldwin sitting alone and somewhat lost in the darkened lobby of one of the city's oldest hotels. Surprised at being inches away from such a great man, I froze in sheepish clumsiness, circled him eleven times, before I realized that he could not possibly have any interest in being approached by someone who had spent all 25 years of their life locked in an attic because too awful to look at. So, I did nothing, walked on, and shortly thereafter he was dead. Yet another lesson..."
