Morrissey song sampled for Dymocks Books TV ad?

Sherlock Holmes writes:
Late last night I happened across a new TV commercial for the bookstore chain Dymocks. Nothing unusual there, except that they appear to have sampled the heartbreaking piano intro from Dear God Please Help Me! I found the ad online at Youtube (see link below)

Not sure if they got permission or if it's unauthorized, but as a loyal supporter of his music, I think it's only right that someone asks the question - are they ripping off Mozzer?

Someone should definitely contact Sanctuary Records!

The music was far too short (four notes?) to compare it to Moz's song. Besides, Dymocks is a great bookstore and kicks the shit out of so many 'bookstores' that seem to specialize in magazines rather than books.
