Well looks like some serious mozza ranting is in order. Hope its well written. We know he can write songs. Unless he hires someone-that would be lame.

Morrissey to write autobiography - The Guardian

Moz has revealed that he is writing his memoirs. What's the betting that they will mostly record in meticulous detail his music industry feuds and animal rights activism?

  • I take it that Guardian article was written by a Moz hater then...

I agree with all of his opinions expressed within that article. Especially the immigration one.

    Bring on the autobiography!

  • I can't wait to have and read that autobiography. I am sure it will be very, very enjoyable. I always thought he should also write novels or/and articles. This book will be the bomb that will bring us together!! Yes, Morrissey put things in the right place!

  • Good! I'm in serious need of something truly interesting to read. And preferably from someone who never regrets opening his soul through the printed word, for fear of being judged or misjudged, whether they do or do not. But I thought he was going to leave that for when he were a retired elderly man with a cat on his lap and sipping tea from an old English cup.

  • Moz has been going on about this for years, I'll believe it when I see it.

I never saw Moz as a "kiss and tell" bloke anyway, Is there anyone out there who truly believes he would be candid about his private life? From one extreme to another? It's more of a threat than a promise.

  • Actually, my little cherubs, this is not new news.

In fact, beauties, the man himself announced this during an interview with BBC Radio 2's Janice Long some years back.

So, come on Mozzer - let's have a gander!

  • Going by the sleevenotes from Under the Influence and some of the stuff on True To You, prose isn't his strong point.

I dearly hope he'll stick to songs, but my hopes aren't high.
