Additionally, "America's Not the World" is used twice, including at the pivotal stop the bus scene. Movie sucks, but the soundtrack with M, the Jam, and Billy Bragg is really good.

Isn't it funny how this happens sometimes. I just saw it last night, and was very impressed with all the Morrissey references.

Heaven Knows I'm Miserable Now, There is a Light That Never Goes Out and America Is Not The World all appear.

Plus there is a scene where the actually discuss The Smiths. Heder sees a poster of the "You Are The Quarry" album on the chick's wall, and says "So you still like Morrissey". The chick replys something and he says "For Me Morrissey died in 1987 when The Smiths broke up" and she says "How old were you, 10? You should listen to his new stuff it's really good" (I'm paraphrasing here) So she turns on "America Is Not The World" and Heder says "It's not atrocious, but I like you better"

In another scene near the end, Heder parks his car across the highway forcing the bus that "Norma" (AKA the chick) is in to stop. He standing on his car lifting his stereo up while it is playing "America is Not The World"

Additionally Heder's character Jeff speaks in a way that reminded me a lot of Morrissey. Not his accent but his use of the vocabulary.
